I purchased a gift subscription for a friend over a year ago. I did not renew the subscription. I have called and formally requested that USA Today stop harassing me over renewing on 4 separate occasions during the past month. On each occasion, I have told them it was a gift for someone else, I am not renewing the subscription nor do I want a subscription for myself. I have formally called and requested they stop calling me 4 times. If I tell the rep who calls me to stop calling, they hang up and call back a few hours later. Since I last formally called USA Today and asked them to cease and desist, they have called me 18 more times (during the past 9 days) which I am now logging. They will normally harass me twice a day. Calls up to 20 times a day, no message. Told them to stop calling and threatened legal action against them if they didn't and they still persist. They are already breaking law by calling more than once a day to a number they don't know and are also breaking the law by continuing to call when been instructed to cease and desist. NEED ATTORNEY HELP WITH THIS MATTER PLEASE
